88 100Jean-Marc QuarinBeautiful dark red. Intense nose, with hints of black fruit. On the palate it is soft, fruity and aromatic, developing in a perfumed way over a medium body without corners. All in all very pleasant. Blend: 45% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc. Alcohol content: 13.5°. Yield: 32 hl/ha.
A beautiful dark and intense red.
Intense aromas of cherry, raspberry, orange zest, followed by notes of cedar, oriental spices and smoke.
Delicious, tender and fragrant, supported by smooth, perfectly integrated tannins. Pleasure and nuance in the finish.
Game terrine, duck foie gras, roast poultry, red meats, vegetable gratin, soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
