Bordeaux Primeurs - Conditions of Sale

1. Offer validity

All offers are subject to availability. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reduce your order for certain wines whose availability is very limited. All Bordeaux Primeurs packaged in 37.5cl bottles must be ordered in sets of 12 bottles.

2. Prices

The prices shown in our online store are net prices without any other discounts; unit price per bottle in CHF, including 8.1% VAT. Invoiced inclusive of 8.1% VAT for private customers. Invoiced excluding 8.1% VAT for business customers. Import, customs clearance and transport costs from France are included in the prices.

As VAT is payable at the time of delivery and not at the time of order, Schenk Suisse SA reserves the right to invoice the difference in the event of an increase between the time of order and the time of delivery. It goes without saying that in the event of a reduction in VAT, the difference will be passed on to the customer.

It is not possible to use a promotional code on an order of Bordeaux Primeurs wines.

3. Delivery

Delivery is scheduled for spring 2027 for pre-orders placed in 2025, i.e., two years after the order. Deliveries are free of charge (franco domicile) for orders of CHF 300.- or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of CHF 12.- per order will be applied. However, if the cumulative order value of a single customer account, placed in multiple orders within the ongoing Bordeaux Primeurs campaign, reaches or exceeds CHF 300.-, a credit corresponding to the shipping fees charged will be granted at the end of the campaign. You will be informed in advance of the delivery date.

 

4. Packaging

All wines are packaged in cases/cartons of 6 bottles of 75 cl, or 12 bottles of 37.5 cl, with the exception of wines purchased by the bottle.

 

5. Payment

As soon as your subscription has been registered, you will receive an invoice (excluding delivery costs) as confirmation of your order. Please pay this invoice within 30 days.After this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you have already paid for your purchase at the time of ordering, you will receive a paid invoice as confirmation.
