The Château La Tour Carnet wine estate has a terroir which is characterized by a land composed of a base of heavily limestone clay covered with a thick layer of gravel contributing as much to the originality of the landscape as to the organoleptic specificity of its production.
Vinification in small vats by bleeding, maceration for 25 to 32 days, fermentation for 8 to 9 days, aging for 12 months (punctuated by frequent racking) in oak barrels, 50% of which is new wood.
