Meticulous in the entry, fleshy in the middle and especially aromatic in the last third of the palate, the wine glides, smooth and fat towards a seductive and charming finish. A very good wine. Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc. Alcohol content: 13°3 - pH: 3.69. Yield: 51 hl/ha.

A dark, very deep garnet red.
Lovely bouquet with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, followed by nuances of mint and eucalyptus.
A vintage with a beautiful balance on the palate, with fresh and fleshy tannins in line with the acid structure. Long and persistent fruity finish.
Red meats with powerful flavors, capon stuffed with pears, roast pork.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
Graves of Gunzian origin on a clay-sandy subsoil. Reasoned cultivation with use of organic products and bio-control.
Aged on lees for 3 months, then in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 14 months. Aging in barrels for 14 months (40% new barrels).
