A beautiful intense dark red with almost black reflections.
Beautiful palette of aromas dominated by notes of blackberries and redcurrants.
Delicate and tender entry in the mouth, its profile highlights the sweetness, to continue with a slow evolution of its presence, finish of good length, tasty, nuanced and slightly liquorice. Very charming !
Red meats in sauce, baked goose foie gras, woodcock with porcini mushrooms, pan-fried lamb with rosemary, confit lamb.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C

Château Gazin
Another great year for Château Gazin with a first wine that is ripe, balanced, and full of finesse! This is the first time that Château Gazin has included so much Cabernet Sauvignon in its blend, which gives good structure and reinforces the complexity of the wine. A vintage that will also seduce you with its excellent value for money!
