Badoux wine tourism
Cellar visit and tasting
During cellar visits, Murailles and Henri wine lovers discover the history, observe the production of the Cru wines, and meet our oenologist who is behind our emblematic bottles. The visit ends with a tasting of our Cru wines accompanied by some local cured meats.
Between the tanks and the barrels, the collaborators of Maison Henri Badoux shed a little light on the magic of wine creation. From vineyard work to winemaking methods, our wine specialists talk in depth about their day-to-day work.
Take an e-bike ride through the vineyard
Departing from the BadouxThèque in Yvorne, the 10km loop is easy to complete thanks to the assistance of an electric bike, on small roads in the heart of the vineyard. Along the way, a specialist from the Maison Henri Badoux will explain the different grape varieties and the work involved in the vineyard.
Ride as close as possible to the emblematic Murailles vineyards, then the route continues through the old town of Aigle and its cobbled streets to take you to the foot of the Château d'Aigle. Facing the lizard fresco, painted on the Walls, take the time to taste the best-known Chasselas in Switzerland.
Take a walk in the vineyards
Accompanied by a professional from Maison Henri Badoux, during the walk, discover the richness of the terroirs and the work of the winegrower in each season. Depending on the period, you will also have the chance to taste the grapes, Murailles wines directly from the vines.
To end this immersion in the heart of the vineyards in style, share an aperitif with friends or family in the vineyards or at the BadouxThèque in Yvorne.
