Prestige Viognier d'Aigle
White wine | Aigle, Chablais AOC
An ancient container rediscovered!
Viognier d'Aigle exudes aromas of dried apricot, with exotic nuances, as well as some fleeting notes of almond and violet. On the palate we find a lot of freshness, very pure flavors of apricot, accompanied by mineral notes, all wrapped in an elegant softness. This white wine is vinified in an ''amphora'', that is to say an ovoid tank made of concrete, a porous material, which allows the wine to breathe, to round out, to gain complexity!

Built on vertiginous terraces, the vineyard benefits from generous sunshine and natural drainage of the land. The heat reverberated by the mountains, the foehn and the fair weather breezes caress the vines until they reach ideal maturity. Gravel, stony, clay-limestone framework, characterized by the presence of sandstone, rocky sediments and alluvial deposits giving the soils excellent permeability

Henri Badoux
It was in 1908 that Henri Badoux founded Maison Henri Badoux in Aigle. Its creator and his successors will continue to increase the wine heritage.
Over the decades, the men of Maison Henri Badoux have tamed these terroirs and have been able to adapt to the vagaries of the climate, to bring out with tenacity and know-how, the best of these precious grape varieties.
From this pioneering spirit, passion and conviction were born emblematic wines such as the cult brand Aigle les Murailles.
