Henri Blanc de Noir
White wine | Chablais AOC
Henri takes the dust off black and white
This is a white wine made from colored grapes, in this case Pinot Noir. The skins are removed as soon as the grapes are pressed, and the wine remains clear. It does, however, have a few salmon hues that betray its origin, as well as fine notes of red berries in addition to white fruit. The perfect combination of freshness and structure! Ideal as an aperitif or with salmon tartar.

The soils, mainly stony and limestone, give a remarkable minerality to the wines, with a typical flint flavor. The foehn, a sometimes stormy south wind, heats and dries the grapes in autumn, which allows us to produce warm and powerful wines.
