Aigle Pourpre Monseigneur
Red wine | Aigle, Chablais AOC
A Châtelain vintage within everyone’s reach!
The “Pourpre Monseigneur” vintage offers aromas of wild berries and undergrowth. On the palate it displays a supple texture, with velvety tannins, and clean, very elegant flavors. Impossible to go wrong, this red wine is very typical of the great Pinot Noir grape variety! At the foot of Château d'Aigle, the founder of the House Henri Badoux was one of the first to try growing a red grape variety in Chablais in the 1950s. With great success!

Henri Badoux
Founded in Aigle in 1908, in the heart of the Vaud Chablais, Maison Henri Badoux is one of the historic names in Swiss wine. Its name is intimately linked to the iconic Aigle Les Murailles, one of Switzerland's most famous wines, recognizable by its famous lizard. For over a century, the house has championed the terroirs of the canton of Vaud through authentic wines that combine tradition, expertise and innovation. Even today, Henri Badoux perpetuates a demanding vision of Swiss viticulture by highlighting the richness and diversity of the great Vaud vineyards.
