Château Malartic-Lagravière is located on a ridge of Léognan, on soils of quarternaire gravel and clay veins. This very permeable soil, capable of retaining a large reserve of water, ensures a perfect water supply for the vines. It benefits from a very beneficial microclimate and optimal sunshine.
Manual harvest, successive sorting, slow inerted pressing, fermentation in barrels. Aging on the lees with stirring in French oak barrels (Bordeaux barrels, Burgundy barrels, 500 l barrels). 50% new wood.
