Respect for the land

Night Bloom rosés are born in the heart of Provence, in the Var department, between Marseille and Saint-Tropez. The vineyards are more precisely located in Correns, France's first organic wine village!

The winemakers of Correns collectively chose this vine and environment-friendly viticulture back in 1995. This approach allows the wines to reveal the distinctive signature of a place.

Night Bloom harvests begin at dusk. The cool air helps preserve the crunchiness of the grapes and capture their finest aromas, which the scorching Midi sun would wilt.

The winemaking follows the same principle, with gentle extraction, to create delicate wines, characterized by a clear, saline, and precise expression, thanks to decades of environmentally conscious viticulture.
