Clear, bright dress, a beautiful peach color with luminous pink highlights.
An expressive and complex nose revealing aromas of vine peach, bergamot enhanced with some floral scents of rose and peony.
The initial sensation is ample, fleshy, textured, and enveloping. Then the mid-palate becomes fresher, leaving a tangy touch on the finish.
Aperitif, tapas, fish terrine, seafood salad, grilled vegetables, ratatouille, chicken breast, vegetable or white meat curries, bami goreng, sashimi, sushi.
Serving temperature: 7 - 9°C
Harvested at night, destemmed, then directly pressed (free-run rosé) with gentle pressure (pneumatic press). Settling at low temperature and maceration between 14° and 18°C. Aged in tanks on fine lees for several weeks.
