Calf's liver with buttered röstis

300 g of minced veal liver
300 g of rösti
50g roasting butter
1 drop of cognac
1 clove of garlic
1 small bunch of chives
Herb butter
1. Prepare the rösti to fry, salt and pepper. Then brown them in butter in the hot pan for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown, while turning them regularly.2. Season the veal liver with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes in a hot pan with the herb butter, the pressed garlic clove and the chives. Add the white wine and cognac.3. Serve with the röstis. Enjoy your food !
