Fontanafredda
Founded in 1858 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, Fontanafredda is one of Piedmont's most emblematic estates and a global reference for Barolo. Its history began when King Victor Emmanuel II acquired the estate for Countess Rosa Vercellana, known as "Bela Rosin." For over 160 years, Fontanafredda has contributed to the renown of great Piedmontese wines through an exceptional heritage, an extensive vineyard, and a philosophy focused on the authentic expression of its terroirs. Today, the estate is one of the major players in high-quality Italian viticulture.
