1. Sauternes-Mojito

Ingredients (for 2 to 4 glasses)
¼ lime
3 fresh mint leaves
2 cups of Sauternes, such as Château Bastor-Lamontagne 2016
2 cups of ice cubes
sparkling water
Steps
• Pour the Sauternes into a cocktail glass
• Add the lime and mint leaves, then crush everything using a pestle
• Add the previously crushed ice cubes
• Complete with sparkling water
• Enjoy immediately
2. Watermelon rosé granita
Are you looking for a fruity and light cocktail? Try the watermelon rosé granita. Its slightly grainy consistency, its thirst-quenching power and its slight sweet taste will seduce you during the hot summer hours.

Ingredients (for 2 to 4 glasses)
2 cups cubed fresh seedless watermelon
1 cup fresh raspberries
25 cl of fruity rosé wine, such as “N° 1 – Cuvée E. Obrist” 2022
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 cups of ice cubes
A few fresh mint leaves
Steps
• Put the watermelon cubes, raspberries, rosé wine, lemon juice and sugar in a blender then mix
• Add the 2 cups of ice cubes then mix again
• Place the mint leaves as decoration
• Serve immediately
3. Strawberry Moscato
A gourmet cocktail featuring an emblematic summer fruit, the strawberry, and a famous Italian sweet wine with orange blossom aromas, Moscato d'Asti. A remarkable association!

Ingredients (for 3 to 4 glasses)
1 cup fresh strawberries
¼ cup lemonade
½ bottle of Moscato d'Asti Vigneti di Ca'd'Gal 2019
⅛ cup granulated sugar
2 cups of ice cubes
Steps
• Puree the strawberries in a blender
• Add the lemonade, the Moscato d'Asti di Ca'd'Gal 2019, the sugar and half the ice cubes and mix again
• Serve in 3 or 4 glasses and distribute the rest of the ice cubes still whole
• Enjoy without delay
• Option: add more lemonade for a lighter consistency

Ingredients (for 1 glass)
3 cl vodka
1 cl lemon juice
“Menestrello” Prosecco Rosé
2 cl sugar syrup or 1 tbsp cane sugar or granulated sugar
4 kumquats
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Steps
• Pour the pomegranate seeds, three halved kumquats, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker and shake
• Add the vodka and ice cubes, then shake vigorously
• Pour the drink into a cocktail glass after adding a few ice cubes
• Complete with “Menestrello” Prosecco Rosé
• Decorate with a kumquat cut in half and a handful of pomegranate seeds
• Good tasting !
5. Summer Sangria
Nothing like a delicious traditional Sangria to start a summer evening with friends with a Latin rhythm!

Ingredients (for 8 glasses)
½ apple cut into small pieces
½ orange cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
¾ cup orange juice
⅓ cup brandy
1 bottle of fruity, spicy and full-bodied Spanish red wine, for example LAN Crianza Rioja 2017
Steps
• Add the apples, oranges and sugar to a large pitcher and mash with a pestle or wooden spoon
• Add the orange juice and brandy and mix again
• Add the red wine and stir to incorporate it
• Add ice and stir once more
• Serve as is or with a little more ice cubes
• Garnish with orange segments and apples to decorate
• Eat fresh. However, you can keep your preparation for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
