Clos des Rennauds, Chenin
White wine | Yvorne Grand Cru, Chablais AOC
The important thing is the Chenin, not the destination
This Chenin – a Loire grape variety, rarely seen in Switzerland – reveals aromas of citrus, highlighted by notes of acacia and lime. On the palate, the natural liveliness of the grape variety is coupled with a great mineral dimension, for a luminous result of great purity. The small Clos des Rennauds vineyard, in the heart of Chablais, is cultivated biodynamically, that is to say using natural preparations and observing lunar and planetary rhythms.
