Nose

Black fruits with notes of balsamic and spices.

Palate

Silky wine, with magnificent acidity and freshness. Balanced wine with a long hedonic finish.

Wine-growing terroir

Grapes from two plots: one composed of red clay and decomposed granite, and the other of sandy and clay-limestone soils.

Winemaking

95% of the volume is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (15% new, the rest aged 1 to 2 years) and 5% of the volume for 11 months in Italian terracotta amphorae.
