Round and of good length with a magnificent balance between acidity, alcohol and tannins.
Carpaccio, lasagna, saltimbocca, boletus dishes, bistecca alla fiorentina, dark chocolate desserts.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
This Chianti comes from vineyards at an altitude of around 280 m, on gentle slopes, on deep, fertile and well-drained soil.
Prolonged maceration, fermentation for 15 days in small stainless steel vats, aging for 14 months in barrels and oak barrels, rest for at least 9 months in bottles.
