Velours d'Automne, Humagne Rouge
Red wine | Domaine du Mont d’Or, Valais AOC
Humagne Rouge, an Alpine grape variety, can sometimes be rustic and wild. In the expert hands of Domaine du Mont d'Or, it sheds a little of its fur and appears satiny, with silky tannins. A perfect companion for the hunting season, it will also go well all year round with pâtés, terrines, and dried meat from Valais!

Domaine du Mont d’Or
Mont d'Or is the oldest wine estate in Valais. He is also known for having introduced Sylvaner to Switzerland, renamed Johannisberg and becoming his favorite grape variety. The certified organic terraced vines are located south of the Montorge nature reserve, near Sion. Since the creation of the estate in the 19th century, its wines have regularly been praised by critics.
