Valley of the Rose Ciliegiolo
Red wine | Maremma Toscana DOC
Today's theme: cherry
Ciliegiolo is often found in small quantities in Chianti, but this red wine from Val delle Rose highlights it in all its purity! This grape variety typical of central Italy has the color, aroma, freshness and crunchiness of the cherry, hence its name. Here, it also shows a full-bodied and generous character that goes well with its notes of fresh red fruits and spices.
