Silex Sauvignon Blanc
White wine | Coteaux du Giennois AOP
The spark that revives the palate
The Terre de Silex cuvée highlights a specific type of soil through the region's flagship grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc. This wine comes from a terroir that gives it subtle smoky, mineral, and flint aromas – another name for flint – with a beautiful tension and great energy. A sparkling white wine for the table, with an endive gratin or pike quenelles.
