Villa Cerna is one of the gateways to the heart of Chianti Classico. It is located in a vast valley, with unusual landscapes, which goes towards Castellina in Chianti. The soil is composed of clay, limestone, yellow sand and marine fossils, which give the wines great finesse, playing on the scents of flowers, and perfect acidity.
Fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, aging for 6 months in small oak barrels, maturation for a minimum of 3 months in bottles.
