Pouilly Fumé
White wine | Pouilly Fumé AOP
Better than taking a drag!
Why smoked? Because the Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the king of grape varieties in the area, turn a grey colour when ripe. And because the wines are marked by smoky mineral notes, like when two flints are struck together. This white wine is typical of this terroir: it is bright, with aromas of flowers and citrus fruits, in a lively style, to be served as an aperitif, with raw vegetables, sunshine and friends!
