Harvested at night to preserve its freshness, this wine ticks all the boxes: it's light, refreshing, and expressive with notes of raspberry, peach, morello cherry, and fresh lemon. Ideal as an aperitif, it's also perfect with burrata with pesto or tuna tataki with sesame seeds.
