Molinära, Pinot Noir Reserve
Red wine | Trimmis AOC Grisons
Graubünden, a canton at the top!
This superb vintage from the Cottinelli cellar expresses fine aromas of red fruits which intermingle with the sweet spices of the aging in wood. A full and complex red wine, with real elegance – ah Pinot Noir, what a beautiful grape variety! – and an intense finish, with very nice aging potential.

This wine comes from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Molinära estate in Trimmis. The yield is strictly regulated in the vineyard and does not exceed 600/700g/m2.
After the harvest, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 8 to 10 days, followed by a slight warming which triggers spontaneous fermentation. Aging in barrels (30% new). Rest for 2 months in 500 liter barrels.
