Maurice Gay 1883, Syrah
Red wine | Valais AOC
Syrah from the upper Rhône!
Syrah, brought back from France in 1921, has since spread to Valais in the original Rhône valley... one could even say superior! This red wine is superbly expressive and typical, with its aromas of plum, raspberry and pepper, flavors found on a supple and fragrant palate. Yum ! Serve it with tasty dishes, like osso bucco or eggplant caviar.
