Maurice Gay 1883, Johannisberg
White wine | Valais AOC
A Johannis going well!
This Johannisberg – the Valais name for Sylvaner – is very expressive, fruity and floral, with beautiful mineral notes. On the palate we find the typical fullness of the grape variety, rich, with generous fruit and almond flavors. The finish is distinguished, completed by a touch of bitterness. A dry white wine to enjoy as an aperitif, or, better, with asparagus or sauerkraut!
