Les Mazots Fendant
White wine | Maurice Gay, Valais AOC
Weekend program: Fendant au mazot!
This is a typical Fendant, mineral and fruity, with its notes of flint and its aromas of fig, pear and toast. Its round, harmonious and frank mouth makes it a white wine of pure pleasure! A beautiful representative of Valais, to drink with friends at mazot, named after the small stone and wooden alpine chalets which were once used by mountain dwellers during their stays in the vineyards. An essential companion for a successful return to basics!
