Intense, with aromas of red fruits supported by spicy and balsamic notes.

Palate

Rich and concentrated. Touches of freshness bring balance.

Wine-growing region

Grapes from two plots: one composed of red clay and decomposed granite, and the other of sandy and clay-limestone soils.

Winemaking

Fermentation with native yeasts, minimal intervention. Aging for 11 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
10% aged in ovoid vats.
