A Luxembourger with an enchanting fragrance
This unique Crémant reveals the typical aromas of Gewürztraminer: lychee, rose, and violet, with a touch of citrus and dried fruit. On the palate, the richness of the grape variety is beautifully balanced by a lively mousse. The dosage (the sugar added at the final cork) is very light, resulting in a refined and easy-drinking style. This sparkling wine is delightful on its own, but it will also elevate a pairing with a strong cheese!

Winery Jeff Konsbrück
Coming from a farming background, though not specializing in winemaking, Jeff Konsbrück decided to produce his own wine in 2012. With a Master's degree in oenology, a brand-new cellar, expanded estate, and organic certification, Jeff has made a name for himself in the beautiful Luxembourg Moselle region in just a few years. While he specializes in Crémant, he happily experiments with all sorts of styles.
