Hautes pistes - Chardonnay
White wine | Pays d'Oc PGI
He goes downhill all the way, that one
This Chardonnay comes from high-altitude vines in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It benefits from slow maturation, enhanced by a brief aging in oak barrels. Its lively citrus notes complement the sweetness of apricot, almond, and brioche. A white wine that glides easily! Try it with baked cod or simple cream cheese toast.
