A magnificent deep ruby red.
Impressive bouquet with pronounced aromas of licorice and blueberries.
Full and silky attack, followed by fruity notes, coated with licorice, wild strawberries and nougat on a background of ripe and well-blended tannins, beautiful, very harmonious length.
Duck with orange, stuffed turkey, roast veal, deer saddle. A vintage for special occasions that is recommended to be Decantered before serving!
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
Stony and schistose soils, benefiting from a microclimate influenced by the sun and the foehn.
Fermentation in new 500 l oak barrels, aging for at least nine months in barrels, bottling without filtration for perfect expression of aromas.
