The Cantina Tudernum vineyards are located around 400 meters above sea level and surround the town of Montefalco.
Fidenzio Montefalco Sagrantino is produced exclusively with Sagrantino grapes.
The skins are macerated for around three weeks with the must.
The wine is then aged in small French oak barrels and then bottled.
