Bouquet with aromas of ripe fruit, coated with spicy notes.
Dry but velvety and powerful in taste, it features deep licorice tones.
The Cantina Tudernum vineyards are located around 400 meters above sea level and surround the town of Montefalco.
Fidenzio Montefalco Sagrantino is produced exclusively with Sagrantino grapes.
The skins are macerated for around three weeks with the must.
The wine is then aged in small French oak barrels and then bottled.

Cantina Tudernum
The reference territory of Cantina Tudernum is mainly located in the AOC Todi area which extends over four municipalities: Collazzone, Massa Martana, Montecastello di Vibio and Todi, the main town in terms of size and wine-growing tradition. The area is mainly hilly, between 200 and 400 meters above sea level, with moderately clayey and sandy soils. The climate is typically continental, with cold winters followed by rainy springs and generally dry summers.
