The Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous is located on 18 hectares in one piece - facing south, south-east - in the best part of the hillside. The vineyard is topped by a tall, rustic house housing the cellars. Sarraux wines are stored and aged in the Domaine's cellars until they are bottled, a guarantee of quality and authenticity.
The three grape varieties are assembled during devatting, after a brief maceration, thanks to which a rosé juice is obtained. Harvested by hand with careful sorting of the berries, it is a harvest of first-rate quality and with modest yields, which gives birth to this highly original vintage.
