Rosé wine | Luins Grand Cru, La Côte AOC

Prestigious rosé!
The Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous, jewel of La Côte, shines with this rosé with notes of small red fruits, slightly spicy, with a round, very fruity palate. Harvesting by hand, modest yields, careful sorting of the berries: everything is done to produce a great rosé on this privileged terroir, facing south, southeast, in the best of the hillside. And its screw cap ensures foolproof freshness!

Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous

Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous

The first known traces of the estate date back to the 12th century and to the independent commune of Serraux, which included a castle and a court of law. Recently, Romain Crausaz, Eric Barbay’s successor, has been tending this single contiguous vineyard, situated around the Sarraux-Dessous estate.  The estate's cellars produce different Chasselas, a Savagnin Blanc, three red wines and an original Rosé.
