The captivating scent of Pinot Noir is expressed here through notes of red and black berries, with accents of undergrowth. Prolonged vatting allows more tannins to be extracted from this noble grape variety which naturally has few. The result is a deep red wine, with a beautiful structure that will age well. No patience? No problem, its harmony is evident as soon as it is bottled, thanks to a time of development in large oak barrels.

Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous
The first known traces of the estate date back to the 12th century and to the independent commune of Serraux, which included a castle and a court of law. Recently, Romain Crausaz, Eric Barbay’s successor, has been tending this single contiguous vineyard, situated around the Sarraux-Dessous estate. The estate's cellars produce different Chasselas, a Savagnin Blanc, three red wines and an original Rosé.
