Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous Pinot Noir
Red wine | Luins Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
A Pinot that will go far!
The captivating scent of Pinot Noir is expressed here through notes of red and black berries, with accents of undergrowth. Prolonged vatting allows more tannins to be extracted from this noble grape variety which naturally has few. The result is a deep red wine, with a beautiful structure that will age well. No patience? No problem, its harmony is evident as soon as it is bottled, thanks to a time of development in large oak barrels.

The Domaine de Sarraux-Dessous is located on 18 hectares of a single farmhouse - facing south, south-east - in the best part of the hillside. The vineyard is topped by a tall, rustic house housing the cellars. The estate's wines are housed and aged in oak barrels until they are bottled.
The emphasis is placed on prolonged vatting, so as to obtain good extraction of the skin tannins. The oak barrels, in which it remains until it is bottled, grant it a happy harmony and crown its development.
