Do you know the Coteaux du Giennois? It is a recent appellation, registered in 1998, right next to Sancerre. It is logically also specialized in Sauvignon Blanc. This one is very pure, elegant, typical, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. Mineral, fine, supple, this dry and refreshing white wine will be perfect as an aperitif, or with a seafood risotto!

Light yellow.
Typical nose combining white flowers, citrus fruits and minerality.
Attack is supple and tender.
As an aperitif, or at the table with a seafood risotto or even with poultry.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
50% Flint, 30% Limestone, 20% Marl.
The grapes are gently pressed and the juice obtained is then clarified. Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.

Berthier Vineyards
At the Berthier family, the love of the vine has been passed down for five generations. Dynamic, the two brothers currently at the helm have expanded the estate and continued the family project while respecting the land and the different terroirs. The vines have been certified organic since 2022, and the wines are produced with as little intervention as possible, for expressive and vibrant vintages.
