Completer Malans
White wine | AOC Grisons
Completer, the oldest native grape variety in Graubünden, was born in Malans. Today it is only cultivated by a few winegrowers in certain regions of Switzerland. According to historians, its name is derived from the Latin "completorium", which refers to the last prayer of the day recited by the Benedictine monks after which they enjoyed a glass of this wine that they made themselves. Strictly in silence to better appreciate its perfect balance.

Intense golden yellow.
Fresh and fruity, with aromas of quince.
Rich and complex, with a delicate acidity which gives it great aging potential. Beautiful freshness, fruity, harmonious and elegant, nice length on the finish.
The Malans vineyard has stony and schistose soils and benefits from a microclimate influenced by the sun and the foehn.
This vintage benefits from fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
