Dark, deep red with purplish reflections.
Aromas of black and red berries (elderberry, raspberry, cranberry), supported by spicy notes.
Fruity and generous attack, powerful and very juiciness. Creamy and powerful, with Asian spices, ample, with robust but silky tannins of great finesse. Ultra-long finish. A hedonistic vintage, hard to resist, with legendary aging potential.
Entrecôte Café de Paris, Châteaubriand, tournedos Rossini, lamb shank with rosemary.

The Clos des Papes vineyard brings together 24 plots located on all types of terroirs in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, often covered with pebbles which store heat during the day and release it to the ground at night, thus promoting the maturity of the grapes. . Other predominantly sandy terroirs highlight the silkiness and elegance of the fruit.
Manual harvest, traditional winemaking, aging in wooden barrels for 12 months. Unfiltered wine, but stuck with egg white.
