Château de Vinzel is a must-see in Chasselas! Its very fine aromas of chalk, pear, quince paste and lime blossom prefigure a particularly harmonious, refined, very classy palate. A model of balance! A superb white wine to accompany great classics like perch fillets or malakoffs (a cheese dish tipical of the La Côte region.

Wine-growing terroir

The Domaine du Château de Vinzel is located in the so-called “Bonne Côte”. The gently sloping vineyard, in one piece of 8.5 hectares, is established on a gravelly hillside, facing south and meeting the highest quality requirements. A high planting density and strictly limited yields give this wine structure and concentration.
