Château de Vinzel
White wine | Vinzel Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
One of the most reputated of the La Côte region!
Château de Vinzel is a must-see in Chasselas! Its very fine aromas of chalk, pear, quince paste and lime blossom prefigure a particularly harmonious, refined, very classy palate. A model of balance! Everything is there: the gently sloping vineyard, in one piece, is exposed to the south, with a high planting density and limited yields. A superb white wine to accompany great classics like perch fillets or malakoffs (a cheese dish tipical of the La Côte region.

Château de Vinzel
The Château de Vinzel estate is a jewel that shines in the heart of La Côte. Its 8.5 hectare vineyard extends around period buildings. It benefits from a gentle slope, facing south, with a high planting density and limited yields. Today, the new generation of the Monachon winegrower family, with Fabien at its head, takes care of the vines of this prestigious estate.
