Cairanne High Banks
Red wine | Cairanne AOC
Soft docking
This Cairanne charms with its aromas of sunny black fruits, scrubland and spices. Vinified gently and simply, without wood, it is round, balanced, with a pleasant freshness on the finish. It is a red wine to drink young, in the next 5 years, to enjoy its bright fruit, which will enhance a shoulder of lamb confit or a couscous with vegetables.

Bordered by cliffs of blue marl and fine Miocene sand overlooking the Aygues River, the Hautes Rives vineyards enjoy a hillside terroir, at an altitude of 200m, covered in marl.
Harvested by hand and vinified in simplicity in stainless steel and concrete vats, this vintage is vinified gently, with pumping over and racking, to preserve their original elegance.
