High slopes - Syrah
Red wine | Pays d'Oc PGI
Behind this strange term hides a novelty that breaks all codes and dares to merge grape varieties of opposite colors. In this case, it's Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir. The result is halfway between a white wine and a red wine, in a light, fruity style, to be drunk chilled, on its own, or with whatever you like: this wine is free, why shouldn't you be?
