Alta Yarí, Torrontés
White wine | Uco Valley
A uniquely Argentinian grape variety!
This white wine is very fragrant, with beautiful aromas of grapefruit and lemon, accompanied by floral and herbaceous notes. In the mouth, it is lively, expressive, a real immediate pleasure! Torrontès is one of the very rare grape varieties born in the New World. It is the descendant of the grapes that the Spaniards brought in their luggage and developed only in Argentina!

Alta Yari
The ambition is to make Alta Yarí one of the most exceptional areas in Argentina. After leaving Bordeaux almost 40 years ago, Hervé Fabre has had the privilege of working with many exceptional terroirs in Argentina, but the Alta Yarí estate in Gualtallary is in his opinion one of the best.
