Domaine du Plessis
In 1945, Ernest Bolle, son of Alphonse Bolle, bought the Domaine du Plessis and its vineyard. In 1976, the cellar was renovated and inaugurated on August 1, 1977, the first day of the Winegrowers' Festival.
The Domaine's vines extend over 6 hectares of clay and limestone giving a particular expression to the different grape varieties present: Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret and Garanoir.
