Winemaking
The vatting of this Pinot Noir, supple and fruity, lasts eight to ten days in vats, with daily pumping over. Once pressed, thanks to aging in oak barrels, it benefits from weak but constant aeration through the walls of the wood, promoting harmonious homogeneity.
