Walter Glatzer "Alte Reben" St. Laurent
Red wine | Carnuntum
Discover the St. Lawrence in all its splendor!
St. Laurent is a typical Central European grape variety, which produces great wines in Austria, particularly in the exceptional terroir of Altenberg, like here, still enhanced by the old vines. It offers a captivating nose of ripe prunes, candied cherries, with grilled and spicy notes. Concentrated, noble, it is a magnificent example of St. Laurent! Like a Pinot Noir, a little spicier, it goes wonderfully with game and mushrooms.
