Villanoviana "Teia"
White wine | Vermentino Bolgheri DOC
The magic of the Tuscan terroir also works for whites!
As is often the case in Italy, the great red wines make us forget the real white gems, for example from Vermentino, a typical Tuscan grape variety. This organic version captivates with its scents of chamomile, citrus peel and yellow peach, sprinkled with Mediterranean herbs. Maximum sunshine and proximity to the sea create a masterful balance, for a fruity, mineral and lively white wine!

Bright straw yellow.
Floral notes of chamomile, citrus peel and ripe yellow peach with undertones of rosemary and Mediterranean vegetation.
With a sweet and refreshing acidity.
All the grape varieties are cultivated in spurred cordons, at a density of 6,000 strains per ha, using the environmentally friendly Bokashi method. This biological technique ensures the supply of a wide variety of microorganisms and nutrients. Proximity to the sea and exposure to the sun give the wines minerality and acidity, characteristics of the terroir from which they come.
Gentle pressing, fermentation lasts approx. 15/20 days in concrete containers at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Maturation for 6 months in concrete tanks. The wine is then aged in bottle for 3 months before being
for sale.
