A great terroir that expresses itself without restraint!
Imeneo red wine, a typical Bordeaux blend from Bolgheri, offers aromas of blackberry, plum, followed by spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. On the palate, it is elegant, velvety, with a freshness well integrated into the substance, until a long finish. An expressive wine thanks to the very gentle methods of Azienda Villanoviana, which only uses natural products in the vineyard, for example producing its own fertilizer!

Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Fruity aromas of cherry and plum, followed by spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg.
Soft, well structured, with fresh acidity and soft tannins.
Grilled steak, roast beef, duck breast or rack of lamb.
Serving temperature: 16 - 20°C
All grape varieties are cultivated in spurred cordons, at a density of 6,000 strains per ha, using the environmentally friendly Bokashi method. This biological technique ensures the supply of a wide variety of microorganisms and nutrients. Proximity to the sea and exposure to the sun give the wines minerality and acidity, characteristics of the terroir from which they come.
Fermentation in contact with the skins for approximately 25/30 days. Made with indigenous yeasts present in the grapes at a temperature of 26-28ºC. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Maturation in French barrels for 10 months and refining in bottle for 6 months.
