Palate

The vines being between five and thirty years old, give the wine a mineral character, with a pleasant and flattering aroma, ending on a "vine flower" note.

Wine-growing terroir

Planted on terraces on limestone hills facing the lake, sheltered from the wind in the hollow of the mountains, the vines benefit from a microclimate due to the heat of the Monts d'Arvel and are tempered by a light foehn . The vineyard enjoys the setting sun which gives the wine a subtle balance

The blue of Lake Geneva and its green hillsides for wines of character: an exceptional vineyard and a traditional cellar since 1907.
