With complex aromas of ripe pear, dried fruits and wild flowers.
The palate is generous and ample, intense and persistent with good acidity.
Shrimp risotto, sole fillet, sushi, seafood, grilled chicken.

Some of the grapes come from pergola vineyards in the Trentino region. These vines were planted on alluvial, limestone and well-drained soils. The other part of the grapes in this blend comes from Friuli vines.
Traditional at controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel vats.
