Solaia 2020
Red wine | Marchesi Antinori, Toscana IGT
A superstar still very Italian!
This vintage of Solaia presents a very complex profile, of black licorice and tobacco, cherries, blackberries and plums, or even chocolate and chili pepper! Already magnificent in drinkability, it will improve over the coming decades... if you can wait! This legendary vintage is part of the ''Supertoscans'', great red wines for aging, made from Bordeaux grape varieties, which have found a new way of expressing themselves on the Tuscan coast. Marchesi Antinori produced this vintage for the first time with the 1978 vintage. Solaia is only vinified in very good vintages.
